We now offer a variety of convenient ways to pay your utility bill. You can use the online portal (this website) to pay online or set up text to pay. You can call (405) 222-6020 to pay via phone. You can also access your account using the My Civic Utilities app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also still pay in person at City Hall, using the dropbox south of City Hall, or the kiosk in Homeland.

If your services have been interrupted for non-payment, payments must be made in person at City Hall as stated on your disconnect notice in order to restore services.
